We offer the Cornish Game Hen as a pullet-only chick, since hens size up into that ideal range more predictably than males this young. Raise it with the same care as a Cornish Cross Broiler: restrict feed access for the first three to four weeks, keep protein around 20-22%, and give it good ventilation and clean litter (see our Meat Bird Care guide for the full steps). You'll have an oven-ready bird in a fraction of the time a full-size broiler takes.
