This this a great assortment of beautiful birds with variations of grey plumage. Our assortment of sapphire birds will give you high quantities of large brown or olive eggs. Each sapphire breed is both cold and heat hardy, and have very calm and gentle temperaments. Included in this line up could be Sapphire Gem™, Sapphire Splash™, or Sapphire Olive Egger™. Please note that grey to light grey plumage is referred to as blue feathering in the chicken industry.
