• Our Specialty Broilers are known for their heritage-type gourmet flavor, which is preferred by many high-end restaurant chefs. They are attractive broilers that come in a variety of colors-- red, grey, multicolored, and white with red flecking. These Specialty Broilers are slower growing meat birds than the Cornish Cross Broiler. They are hearty breeds that do well in a pastured environment but can also be raised in a coop. Colors received will be based on availability on the day of hatch. Our minimum order for the Specialty Broiler Assortment is 15.
