We no longer stock Hy Y Broilers. The Hy Y was a Ross x Hubbard cross and Hubbard no longer produces this bird. However, there is no need to be disappointed. The broiler we do have is so similar to this bird that you really cannot tell the difference. The major breeders are all breeding the "high yield" bird which means they have a larger breast. So, rest assured, if you were getting the Hy Y Broiler, you will not notice any difference in getting the regular Jumbo Cornish Cross, our "high yield" broiler.
